Nippon Mining & Metals, parent company of Nikko Materials, was named one of 10 recipients of Intel Corporation? 2006 Supplier Continuous Quality Improvement (SCQI) award. This award is Intel? highest honor for its suppliers and is given to companies that provide products or service deemed essential to Intel's business success. This is the 2nd straight year Nikko Materials received the award. Nippon Mining & Metals and 9 additional SCQI award winners were honored at a celebration in Burlingame, California on March 27.
